We are a group of licensed temporary employment agencies, founded in 2010 in Gdańsk, Poland. The companies within our group are in four key countries we serve: Norway, Poland, Germany, and the United Kingdom. We specialize in providing production teams under the supervision of foremen in disciplines such as welding, industrial insulation, scaffolding, and surface protection. Currently, we supply over 600 specialists, mainly to companies in the shipbuilding industry, offshore construction, the oil & gas sector, and steel construction. In 2022, we founded a Welding and Insulation Training Center in Gdańsk, where we test both our employees and candidates, and conduct training in welding techniques and insulation work according to the NORSOK standard.
